Complaint To the CWA : What ' ROSE ' is the Meter reader writing on the CWA bill and putting into my letter box ? ' what is that a threat ? Mediocre CWA service and now their reader 'write nonsense on the bill and put into my letter box. CWA reader must be reminded not to write any nonsense on the bill before putting into my letter . I recall the previous time also FEB 2024 when the previous government was losing votes in Fed 2024, the meter reader wrote 'CHAMBER CLOSE' on the bill and had put it my letter box. And as part of the mediocre service, when I am home, the CWA reader never comes and when I am at work he comes. I already said and repeated several times, that I DO NOT LIKE your Hon Minister, named, Hon Assirvaden ,President of Mauritius Labour Party Constituency 15 , so kindly remind CWA workers that I am not friend with CWA workers, so for any problems kindly use official means of email/letter/ or talk face to face and not put 'messages on a CWA bill' and put into my letter box and ran away like thieves. 13/07/26

Mediocre CWA service and now their reader 'write nonsense on the bill and put into my letter box. CWA reader must be reminded not to write any nonsense on the bill before putting into my letter . I recall the previous time also FEB 2024 when the previous government was losing votes in Fed 2024, the meter reader wrote 'CHAMBER LOCK ' on the bill and had put it my letter box (Complaint made 10th February 2024 to CWA, attached bill of feb 24 ). Now AGAIN his manners start again . And as part of the mediocre service, when I am home, the CWA reader never comes and when I am at work he comes. 3. 54. Ref Doc 93, 13/04/26 , CSU 35717144 . QUALITY OF SERVICE OF CWA : I wrote to Whatsapp CWA. They provided me a phone number of their office to call. I call it says the 'number does not exist'. I want to know from the CWA when on which day does THAT PARTICULAR CWA meter reader comes, so that on that SPECIFIC day I let my gate open or even his contact number to liaise directly with him . Since the guy only comes ONLY when I am OUT. During holidays/weekends/ when I am absent from work he NEVER comes to take readings.

CWA think I reside in a CHAMBER, chamber like in GAS CHAMBER kindly inform your workers to have some manners and be careful what they write on the CWA bill they give to me. They need to wash their dirty manners before approaching my property and me. QB is more like ‘la ville poubelle’ rather than la ville des fleurs 10 04 26
